“so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.” Is. 55:11
Even tho this is God speaking, I believe it’s true for us as well.
Our words are not empty.
The accomplish.
If we want to hurt someone, it’s pretty easy to use our words to do that.
We speak and it hits the ears, the mind, the heart.
Hurt.
Mission accomplished.
If we want to encourage someone, it’s pretty easy to use our words to do it.
We speak, and it hits the ears, the mind, the heart.
Encouragement.
Mission accomplished.
When we speak to ourselves… mission accomplished!
Our words are not empty, powerless, or meaningless.
They go out.
Do their work.
